Estimicon expertise dates back to the early 80’s when the senior Javed began working in the Construction business. Now his sons are proud to continue the family tradition in the construction industry, which was established in 90’s.
Since then, the firm has grown to over twenty estimators, managers and administrative personnel experienced in delivering successful construction projects throughout the United States.
Our team now focuses exclusively on providing pre-construction
services for General Contractors, Subcontractors, Architects, Builders,
Developers, Suppliers and Property Owners.
While we have grown, we remain very customer focused and specifically tailor our services to the customer's needs and budget.

Most of our estimators are Sr. Estimators, have years of experience
and know the business inside and out.
We have over 300 years of combined working team experience if we calculate
on the hourly basis, making us proud to be pioneers in the estimating industry.
We have successfully been awarded hundreds of estimating projects ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to exceeding several million.
The firm had worked on the largest and most interesting projects such as
Airbases, Apple’s new stores, LaGuardia Airport, BOA, Chase Bank, Four
points, Walmart stores, and many more.
